No Show/Cancellation Policy: IMCNC requires that you notify us of any cancellation a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within our 48 hour window, you will be charged a $100 Late Cancellation fee. If you miss your appointment entirely, you will be charged a $100 No Show Fee. We reserve the right to dismiss any patient from IMC after two no-shows or two late cancellations.
