What We Do
The Integrative Medical Clinic of North Carolina (IMCNC, PLLC) is a leading primary and specialty care multi-disciplinary clinic in North Carolina featuring a host of alternative therapies, including naturopathic medicine, in-house massage, reiki, healing touch, nutrition, aromatherapy, emotional/spiritual clearing services, integrative coaching, and electromagnetic field healing (NES health). IMCNC also provides concierge-level care for those who are interested and serves not only as an educational training site for students in medicine, nursing and physician assistant programs at local university hospitals, but also as a clinical research hub for cutting-edge clinical and translational research trials in autoimmune diseases such as lupus. As an added benefit, IMCNC houses a wellness store that sells a wide array of products focused on promoting health and wellness and also hosts monthly seminars and book clubs.
IMCNC serves as a patient-centered primary, acute, chronic and consultative care practice for patients interested in an integrative and holistic approach to wellness and/or with difficult to diagnose diseases, autoimmune diseases (including lupus, vasculitis, rheumatoid arthritis, thyroiditis), chronic infectious diseases (including Lyme disease and viral diseases such as Epstein-Barr virus), kidney diseases and endocrine or hormonal imbalance (including thyroid and hormone replacement therapy).
The practice fully embraces alternative, non-pharmaceutical approaches to health with the ability to provide pharmaceuticals in order for each individual to achieve personalized health. Providers are also available for fee-based virtual consultations for various patient needs.
The clinic houses a state of the art infusion clinic that provides agents including but not limited to biologics (including rituximab and belimumab), corticosteroids (methylprednisolone), iron, vitamin C, B vitamins, glutathione, coenzyme Q10 and a convenient fee-based IV hydration clinic.
